Before becoming a Business Prosperity Coach, Nancy has over 20 years of well-rounded global business experience; in advertising, consumer insights, management consulting, marketing, mergers and acquisitions, operations, sales, and strategic innovation.

She advised senior executives at multinational companies - including Unilever, Procter & Gamble, L’Oréal, Johnson & Johnson, Estée Lauder, Colgate-Palmolive, and Mary Kay on marketing, innovation, and distribution strategy. She also had clientele such as Miami Cancer Institute, MD Anderson, and Quanex Building Products, whom she guided in growth strategy.

However, Nancy prefers working with small and mid-sized businesses, for the positive impact on local communities.

For example, she helped a local dealership grow by 485% in 2 years, going from losing money to making steady profits - due to new marketing strategy, sales management, operating systems, and team incentives. At the same time, her team improved the value of a service company by 285% by using marketing, finance, and operations expertise. She has helped many other companies succeed.


She holds an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BA in Mass Communication, summa cum laude from Texas State University. She speaks Italian fluently as a second language, and lived in Europe for 5 years.

A native Texan, Nancy loves spending time with her family, going to the theater, swimming, boating, riding, walking her dog, gardening, and birding.

Whether you want to do an internal or external sale, or don’t know yet, Nancy will guide you to a successful business transition.

The components of exit planning include: defining all the goals of the exit strategy; understanding the value of your company (Market value assessment); getting the business value to where you need it to be to meet your exit strategy goals; contingency and succession planning to assure the continuity of your business, legacy planning; and taking care of all of your people - family and employees. Nancy knows that post-exit, business owners that not done comprehensive exit planning have regrets that are typically not monetary. That’s why your values are prioritized in our exit strategy approach.

A native Texan, Nancy brings over 20 years of global business experience helping companies innovate and grow. She has done international marketing, sales, strategic innovation, and mergers and acquisitions. Understanding the value of human capital as an asset, she facilitates smooth integration of merged companies through impactful management of people and processes. Nancy has an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BA in Mass Communication, summa cum laude.
